    THE CLIENT

Our client is a major food producer, active in Romania and international markets—from Hungary and Spain to Colombia and Saudi Arabia. Founded in 1990, the company has built a reputation for consistency, quality, and high-volume output. With growth came new challenges: increasing demand, tighter timelines, and rising pressure on internal teams.

    THE CHALLENGE

Before automation, their end-of-line operations were fully manual:

Operators were palletizing, wrapping, and moving goods across the warehouse

    ●      Human error led to delays and inconsistencies

    ●      Physically demanding work posed safety risks

    ●      Processes were time-consuming and hard to scale

But as volumes grew and efficiency became non-negotiable, they needed a better way to keep things flowing—fast, safe, and with fewer delays, without interrupting production or overloading their team.

    THE SOLUTION

We partnered with the client to build a fully integrated system that keeps their packaging lines running seamlessly, without disrupting existing operations. The system begins with automated pallet dispensers, delivering pallets directly to robotic palletizing cells for continuous, efficient workflow.

Once palletizing is complete, each pallet is transferred to an automated stretch-wrapping station, ensuring consistent packaging quality. An automated lift then lowers the finished pallet to ground level, where autonomous logistics robots transport it to the designated storage area—completing the process without any manual intervention.

    THE RESULTS

The difference was immediately visible. The client now operates a more efficient, safer, and scalable system, without increasing headcount.

    Measurable improvements include:

    • 25% increase in productivity: Automation of palletizing accelerated cycle times and optimized overall workflow efficiency
    • Fewer errors and reduced downtime: Stable, consistent operations decreased manual handling mistakes and process interruptions
    • Enhanced workplace safety: Employees were reassigned from repetitive, physically demanding tasks to safer, strategic roles, boosting morale and long-term retention
    • Stronger customer confidence: More reliable packaging and on-time deliveries reinforced the company’s reputation for quality and consistency with both local and international clients

This is how automation should feel: smooth, stress-free, and built to grow with the business.

For our client, European Food, Robot Industries implemented a fully integrated robotic palletizing and intralogistics system, helping them gain time, improve quality, and build confidence across the supply chain. They didn’t just upgrade their machines—they upgraded the way they work.
