Initial
Situation
The client
wanted a robot that could be used with primary school students to
interact with them and engage in various educational activities. The challenge
was to create a solution that was not only interactive and engaging for
young children, but also safe, reliable, and adaptable to different
learning scenarios. Ensuring the robot could effectively support educational
activities while maintaining high levels of safety and usability was a key
requirement for the project.
Solution
Implemented
The project utilized the Alice programmable educational AI service robot, equipped with advanced speech recognition, expressive gestures, and autonomous navigation. With a high-definition interactive display and programmable AI capabilities, the robot was configured to perform educational tasks, guide students safely through activities, and adapt dynamically to various classroom scenarios, bringing cutting-edge technology into the learning environment.
Results
The implementation of the robot with positioner brought significant improvements to the welding process. Welds became much more precise and uniform, reducing operator effort and the time required to complete each boiler. In addition, the aesthetic and functional quality of the welds increased considerably, making the process safer and more efficient for the team.
