RI LOG Lifting AMR Series – autonomous material transport from 500 to 5000 kg

RI LOG Lifting AMR Series transporting a mobile rack

Lift the load. Move it autonomously.
Four payload classes from 500 to 5000 kg for automated internal material transport in production and warehouse environments.

RI LOG Lifting AMR Series is a family of autonomous mobile robots combining autonomous navigation with an integrated lifting platform.

The robot drives underneath a compatible rack or load carrier, positions itself beneath the load and raises it only enough to clear the floor before transporting it autonomously to the required destination.

Depending on the model, lifting travel is 60–70 mm, while available payload capacities range from 500 kg to 5000 kg.

Navigation is based on LiDAR SLAM / QR Code, allowing flexible material flows without conventional fixed transport paths.

RI LOG Lifting AMR Series transporting a loaded pallet in a warehouse

One AMR platform for different material-flow requirements.

The compact 500 kg and 1000 kg models are designed for medium-duty internal logistics, while the 3000 kg and 5000 kg versions extend the same concept to heavy-load transport.

    Typical applications:

    • line-side material supply
    • transport between production areas
    • warehouse replenishment
    • movement of mobile racks and carts
    • compatible pallet and load-carrier transport
    • work-in-progress transport
    • warehouse-to-production transfer
    • multi-robot material-flow systems

Flexible deployment. Loads can be moved without permanently modifying the surrounding production or warehouse infrastructure.

    RiA Ecosystem compatibility

RI LOG Lifting AMR Series is ready for integration into the RiA Ecosystem – Robot Industries Cloud Platform.

RiA provides a common software layer for real-time monitoring, fleet coordination, workflow orchestration, operational data and integration with surrounding processes and systems.

This enables multiple RI LOG robots to operate as part of a coordinated automated logistics architecture.
