Our client has been present in Romania since 2003 and is actively involved in assembling automotive components and manufacturing industrial connectors. THE CHALLENGE

Maintaining a spotless production floor is not just about appearance—it is essential for safety, efficiency, and compliance with strict operational standards. At the client’s production facility in Romania, one manufacturing zone covers approximately 5,000 square meters and requires complete cleaning twice daily: once before operations begin and once at the end of the working day.

• The entire cleaning process was performed manually, consuming significant time and manpower
