    The client is a technology company based in Romania, specializing in digital signage and intelligent solutions for retail environments. Established in 2013, the company develops innovative hardware and software products, including AI-powered devices and digital displays that enhance customer engagement, optimize store operations, and support modern retail management. With a focus on reliability, efficiency, and forward-thinking technology, the client provides tools that help retailers deliver enhanced shopping experiences while maintaining high operational standards.

    Initial Situation

    The client provides digital signage solutions and IT support for a chain of retail stores. While managing and maintaining these installations, they faced challenges in keeping the store floors clean, particularly in high-traffic areas where daily operations and customer movement generated constant dirt and debris.

    Additionally, many of the store corridors were narrow, making it difficult to use traditional cleaning equipment efficiently. The existing cleaning processes were time-consuming and inconsistent, requiring significant manual effort. The client sought a solution that could ensure consistent cleanliness, navigate tight spaces, reduce manual workload, and maintain a professional and hygienic environment for both customers and staff.

    Situation Implemented

    To address the cleaning challenges in the stores, the client introduced the CleanX R3 5-in-1 AI Cleaning Robot. This autonomous solution was chosen for its ability to navigate narrow aisles and tight spaces while efficiently covering a floor area of 1,000–1,500 m², performing multiple cleaning tasks in one pass, including sweeping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and dust mopping.

    The robot’s advanced AI navigation system allows it to detect obstacles, avoid collisions with shelves or displays, and adapt to changing store layouts. Its autonomous docking station handles recharging and maintenance, minimizing the need for human intervention.

    Results


    The CleanX R3 provides ongoing support in maintaining cleanliness across the store’s 1,000–1,500 m² area, including high-traffic aisles and reception spaces. The robot assists staff by reducing the manual effort required for routine cleaning tasks, allowing them to focus on other operational responsibilities, such as customer service and inventory management.

    While the system is still being fine-tuned for optimal performance in certain tight spaces and high-traffic zones, it delivers consistent support in daily cleaning routines, helping to maintain a professional and hygienic environment.

    Additionally, the real-time monitoring and reporting features offer management insights into cleaning activities, enabling more effective planning and scheduling. Overall, the CleanX R3 enhances operational efficiency and contributes to maintaining store hygiene, while providing a foundation for further optimization.
