RI Industrial Palletizing Cell is a modular solution developed by Robot Industries to automate palletizing operations at the end of production lines.
Designed as a flexible platform, the system can be configured from compact palletizing cells to fully automated end-of-line systems, adapted to each customer’s production and logistics flow.
Complete automation of the palletizing process
In a fully automated configuration, the system connects directly to the production line and manages the entire palletizing workflow automatically:
- receiving products from the production line
- preparing and positioning products for palletizing
- robotic pallet building
- automatic empty pallet feeding
- completed pallet evacuation
- pallet stabilization through automatic stretch wrapping
- transfer to the finished pallet buffer area
The system can efficiently handle a wide range of packaged products such as boxes, bags, bundles, or other packaged goods, while the configuration is optimized according to product type, production volume, and existing infrastructure.
In this configuration, operator involvement is limited to simple logistics activities such as loading stacks of empty pallets and clearing the finished pallet buffer area. Configurations adapted to each application
