    The client is a leading oil production company in Moldova, specializing in the processing of sunflower seeds and the production of high-quality sunflower oil. Recognized as the largest producer of sunflower oil in the country, the company processes approximately 250,000 tons of raw materials annually, producing around 105,000 tons of oil.

    The facility includes multiple sectors for storage, extraction, and refining, with over 500 employees ensuring smooth operations. Known for delivering products that meet international quality standards, the company exports to more than 30 countries and continuously invests in modern technologies and environmentally responsible processes. Their commitment to efficiency, hygiene, and operational excellence makes them a prominent player in the Moldovan food and oil production sector.

    Initial Situation

    The client needed an efficient solution to maintain high levels of cleanliness in two critical areas of their facility: the reception area and the production zone. Ensuring hygiene in these spaces was particularly important due to the nature of their operations, where sanitation and operational safety directly impact product quality and compliance with industry standards.

    Previously, cleaning these areas required significant manual effort, which was time-consuming and dependent on workforce availability. The client was looking for a solution that could streamline cleaning operations, provide consistent results, and operate reliably in both high-traffic and production-intensive zones.

    Solution Implemented

    To address the client’s needs, the CleanX R3 5-in-1 AI Cleaning Robot was deployed across both the reception area and the production zones of the facility. In the reception area, CleanX ensures a clean and welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and delivery personnel, maintaining high hygiene standards critical for first impressions and operational safety.

    Within the production zones, the robot is primarily used to manage floor debris such as seeds, plastic wraps and slightly oily surfaces, common in sunflower oil processing. CleanX R3 autonomously performs sweeping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and dust mopping, efficiently handling these challenging conditions. It is scheduled to pass multiple times per day, ensuring consistent cleanliness and supporting product quality and safety standards.

    Equipped with Visual SLAM and Laser SLAM navigation, advanced sensors, and an autonomous docking station for recharging and maintenance, CleanX R3 delivers reliable, high-quality cleaning with minimal human intervention. Its real-time monitoring and reporting enables management to track performance, optimize schedules, and maintain hygiene standards seamlessly across the entire facility.


    Results


    The deployment of the CleanX R3 significantly enhanced overall operational efficiency at the facility. Routine cleaning in both the reception area and the production zones is now handled reliably, allowing staff to focus on higher-value tasks rather than manual floor maintenance.
